Welcome to the curriculum for Surgical Advanced Clinical Practitioners (SACPs)
The purpose of the curriculum is to set out the standard required to work as an SACP and provide guidance to enable SACPs to develop the capabilities to deliver excellent outcomes for patients in the UK.
The curriculum provides a guide to the educational and incremental development of SACPs in both academic and clinical settings to ensure practitioners achieve comparable standards of surgical care through high quality education and training.
