The JCST has a firm commitment to equality of treatment and as such will not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying, be it verbal, in writing or face to face. Our staff have a right to work in an environment that is free from behaviours which cause staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened. We treat all our stakeholders with courtesy and respect and ask for the same in return. Any form of abuse experienced by staff in JCST will be dealt with promptly and could be reported accordingly via the appropriate channels.
