Trainee self-assessment is an integral part of curriculum assessment. A completed self-assessment will form the basis of discussions between you and your supervisor. It requires making realistic assessments of your knowledge as well as your technical and professional skills. It also involves making judgements about your own progress. Sometimes, this can be difficult to do on your own.
