Please note that the JCST office and helpdesk are closed from 2pm on Wednesday 23 December and will re-open 9am Monday 4 January 2021. There will be no telephone assistance during this period and your emails will be responded to on our return, but you can always find helpful guidance on our FAQs pages in the meantime.
