ISCP experienced technical difficulties from approximately 10pm on Sunday 21 June, during which users were unable to log in. Access was restored at 1pm on Monday 22 June.
Following investigation, our technical teams have identified the issue was a database problem. To restore access as quickly as possible, ISCP was recovered from the last full backup taken at 11.18pm on Saturday 20 June. This means that any changes made by users between 11.18pm on Saturday 20 June and 1pm on Monday 22 June 2026 are not currently reflected in ISCP. Work is ongoing to restore as much data as possible, though it is not yet confirmed how much data will be recoverable or up to what point in time. We will publish a further update once restoration is complete, confirming the affected time period.
Any user who made changes to ISCP after 11:18pm on Saturday 20 June should be aware they may need to repeat those changes.
