What’s changed in V10?

Specific changes include:

WBAs / MSF / Evidence

There is currently no function to remind a rater to sign off a WBA (coming later).
WBAs can only be initiated by the trainee.
The portfolio filters WBAs only by type not all (more summaries coming later).
Trainees must submit their MSFs to their AESs when enough raters have responded.
Trainees can delete an MSF providing it has not yet been validated by the AES.
Trainees can amend WBAs e.g. add topics, only to unvalidated or retracted versions.
Trainees cannot currently pre-register raters. Raters must register themselves on ISCP.
Other evidence can be stored as a draft before being submitted to the portfolio.
Other evidence sections allow upload of multiple documents; each 5MB / max 200MB.

Learning Agreement

The objective setting meeting no longer requires the downloading of syllabus topics.

General

Trainees and trainers can sign off tasks together e.g. Learning Agreement / WBAs.
There is currently no tool to PDF the trainee’s portfolio (coming later).

Trainers

The CS Report is available only when the CS is registered as a trainer/non-trainee.
The TPD’s Global Objective no longer requires syllabus topics to be selected.

Placements

The TPD-validation of a trainee and a placement has been combined.
The placement form is designed so that a trainee submits it to the TPD for validation.
The trainee dashboard contains key trainee information and actions.
